Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Position Type: Permanent
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Leasing Director to join our team at our Cincinnati office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial leasing operations, negotiating lease agreements, and managing tenant relationships to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to attract and retain tenants
- Negotiate lease terms and agreements with prospective and existing tenants
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to enhance property visibility
- Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and lease compliance issues
- Prepare leasing reports and forecasts for senior management
- Ensure properties meet regulatory and compliance standards
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Proven track record in commercial leasing, with at least 5 years of experience
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficient in real estate management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to analyze market trends and financial data
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
