- Facilitating the pre-hiring, hiring, orientation, and onboarding processes for compliance.
- Assisting with recruitment tasks such as job postings, application reviews, and screening.
- Maintaining employee and applicant documentation in compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with I-9 Verification and conducting periodic audits.
- Leading open enrollment processes.
- Managing employee recognition and engagement programs and events.
- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with Drug-Free Workplace standards.
- Tracking and reporting attendance records, including leave of absence and FMLA.
- Updating and maintaining the HR system with employee status changes.
- Creating and distributing employee reports and organizational charts.
- Acting as an employee relations liaison and escalating matters as necessary.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of employee personnel records and files.
- Handling Unemployment Notices effectively.
- Processing payroll information accurately and timely.
- Tracking safety incidents and ensuring compliance with safety reporting.
- Recent HR graduate, demonstrating intelligence, technological proficiency, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow with a great leader and company.
- Strong team orientation, trustworthiness, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Willingness to learn and handle payroll processes with attention to detail.
