Your Impact in This Role
  • Manage the ideation, solution design, development, quality assurance, hyper care, training, and transition of projects in MES and ancillary systems.
  • Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams – staff and train these teams.
  • Oversee resourcing, costs, timelines, and quality of deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What You Bring to The Table
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computers and Information Systems or equivalent experience. Certification in Project Management is a plus.
  • At least 15+ years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years in managing enterprise applications.
  • Expertise in Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, SharePoint, Azure, Oracle, and SQL Server databases.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET, .NET Core, MVC, C#, REST API, Webservices, and Angular 2+.
  • Experience in Oracle and SQL Database on Windows/Linux, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and AngularJS.
  • Familiarity with building metrics using MS ADO is a plus.
  • Understanding of MS Azure, AD, Storage, Azure SQL & Functions, and cloud security principles.
  • Proficiency with MS Visio, UML, and MS Project is a plus.
  • Experience in the development and support of MES systems.
  • Ability to manage offshore and onshore multi-vendor teams.
  • Hands-on experience with SDLC/Stage Gate process is preferred.
  • Experience in handling multiple projects (small to large) and managing multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in project planning, data/process flow diagrams, project budgeting, preparing project Gantt/timelines, and resource planning.
  • Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of SCM (OM, Shipping, Inventory, BOM) is a plus.
