- Handle a high volume of Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices
- Perform invoicing, payments, and collections with precision
- Manage accruals and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Conduct Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, reconciliations, and reporting
- Maintain the General Ledger (GL) with accuracy and attention to detail
- Execute other general accounting duties as assigned
- 2-3 years of related accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Comfortable working with manual processes, particularly with a manual version of SAP
- Experience with high-volume AR invoices and collections
- Ability to manage accounts and follow up on billing
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
