Responsibilities include:
- Assisting physicians in patient examination and treatment, performing delegated duties under their direction.
- Conducting patient interviews, measuring vital signs, and accurately recording patient information.
- Preparing treatment rooms for patient examinations and ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Cross-training to enhance efficiency and continuity of patient care delivery.
- Collaborating within the team to maintain a positive and professional environment and demonstrate flexibility, motivation, and commitment to quality patient care.
- Performing medical procedures on both adults and children with proficiency and adhering to clean and sterile procedures.
What you need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Strong computer skills, preferably with experience using Epic.
- Active nursing license in good standing.
- Comfortable with blood draws and injections.
- Willingness to receive a yearly flu shot during flu season (not required until fall).
