National Sales Manager
As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the sales operations across the country. Your key responsibilities will include developing strategic sales plans, managing sales teams, analyzing market trends, and driving sales growth to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve national sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the national sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales metrics, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for the sales team to enhance skills and knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
