Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and guiding patients through the check-in process, gathering patient history, and performing preliminary vision tests.
- Assisting with diagnostic procedures, contact lens fittings, and maintaining ophthalmic instruments and equipment.
- Educating patients on proper eye care, assisting with appointment scheduling, and managing patient flow within the clinic.
- Ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols and collaborating closely with the optometrist and clinical staff.
What you need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Strong computer skills, with Epic experience preferred.
- Polished demeanor and high touch approach, catering to the needs of high-end clientele.
- Flu shot required for patient safety and health.
