We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys taking on various responsibilities. You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations to drive efficiency and optimize processes.

We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys taking on various responsibilities. You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations to drive efficiency and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the production schedule to meet customer delivery requirements
- Oversee inventory levels, report discrepancies, and ensure accurate stock counts
- Delegate production orders to warehouse staff and monitor warehouse KPIs
- Take a hands-on approach to warehouse tasks, including shipping, receiving, and fulfilling orders
- Supervise, support, and train warehouse team members to create a positive work environment
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
- 1-2 years of management experience, preferably in logistics, distribution, or a warehouse setting
- Comfortable performing light manual labor (e.g., stacking/wrapping pallets, using a pallet jack)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with various teams
- Adaptability to handle changing projects and growing volume
- Physically capable of working in a warehouse environment, including lifting and organizing
- High school diploma required
