- Split time between working the front desk and the clinical side.
- Perform duties of both a front office specialist and medical assistant to enhance efficiency and continuity of patient care delivery.
- Work cooperatively within the team concept, demonstrating flexibility, motivation, and commitment to quality patient care.
- Adhere to all regular responsibilities and duties associated with both front and back office roles.
- Ensure seamless operations and patient satisfaction in both clinical and administrative functions.
What you need to succeed:
- Medical Assistant experience or formal education.
- Comfortable with blood draws and injections.
- Strong computer skills, with Epic experience preferred.
- Flu shot required.
