- Preparing various monthly and quarterly financial reports for the Electronics division and Corporate Finance.
- Handling all intercompany transactions, including reconciliations.
- Providing financial analysis and support to the business as required.
- Preparing capital expenditure requests for the business.
- Managing inventory costing and addressing margin review needs.
- Assisting with various control aspects and reporting.
- Leading the annual financial audit for the Cincinnati Manufacturing Plant with external auditors.
- Assisting in the preparation of forecasts, annual budgets, and other reporting requirements.
- Managing all annual insurance reporting requirements.
- Assisting with due diligence and integration on acquisition targets, as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience as a collaborative business partner, driving ongoing improvements.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing operations or relevant audit experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets and analyze business trends.
- Experience with SAP Business One is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification is a plus.
