- Take ownership of month-end close for multiple entities.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and tax regulations.
- Help review accounts payable and ensure accuracy (no AP processing required).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and financial reporting.
- 4-6 years of accounting experience with month-end close responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- ERP experience (Sage100 preferred, but open to other ERP systems aside from SAP).
- Strong Excel skills – comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
