Responsibilities include:

Manage a diverse portfolio of individual and business tax returns, with a notable focus on clients from the construction industry.
Contribute to approximately 50-60 audits for non-profit and local government organizations during the off-season, including libraries and fire departments.
Seeking an individual capable of both tax return preparation and review.
Unlock significant career growth potential with support for CPA exam expenses for those who wish to pursue this path. The option to remain a Staff Accountant is also available for those who prefer it.

What you need to succeed:

Minimum of 2 years of general accounting experience, with preference given to candidates with public accounting experience.
Availability to work Saturdays from February to April to meet seasonal demands.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
Dependability and a strong work ethic.
Demonstrated willingness and capacity to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and help cultivate client relationships.
