Responsibilities include:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial outreach to onboarding, for a wide range of positions (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers, and more).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand open roles and responsibilities, using insights to refine the recruitment process.
  • Develop innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to build diverse and talented candidate pipelines.
  • Participate in community activities such as job fairs, university events, and industry groups.
  • Handle internal and external job postings, create job descriptions, and formulate interview questions tailored to each position's requirements.
  • Implement creative and effective recruiting methods for various roles across the organization.
  • Communicate clearly with business partners and hiring managers, setting timelines and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with talent acquisition trends to continually improve the process.
  • Analyze the company's hiring and talent needs to anticipate trends and proactively address them.
  • Utilize various channels to source top-quality candidates.
What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, and pipeline management.
  • General Human Resources knowledge with a focus on recruitment.
  • Proficiency with systems and tools supporting sourcing, applicant tracking, data management/reporting, and workplace collaboration.
  • Enthusiasm and confidence to partner with hiring managers and leaders to enhance the interview process.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Capacity to work independently within a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong customer service orientation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective multitasking and time management skills.
