Responsibilities include:

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial outreach to onboarding, for a wide range of positions (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers, and more).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand open roles and responsibilities, using insights to refine the recruitment process.
Develop innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to build diverse and talented candidate pipelines.
Participate in community activities such as job fairs, university events, and industry groups.
Handle internal and external job postings, create job descriptions, and formulate interview questions tailored to each position's requirements.
Implement creative and effective recruiting methods for various roles across the organization.
Communicate clearly with business partners and hiring managers, setting timelines and expectations.
Stay up-to-date with talent acquisition trends to continually improve the process.
Analyze the company's hiring and talent needs to anticipate trends and proactively address them.
Utilize various channels to source top-quality candidates.

What you need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, and pipeline management.
General Human Resources knowledge with a focus on recruitment.
Proficiency with systems and tools supporting sourcing, applicant tracking, data management/reporting, and workplace collaboration.
Enthusiasm and confidence to partner with hiring managers and leaders to enhance the interview process.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Capacity to work independently within a collaborative environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Strong customer service orientation for internal and external stakeholders.
Effective multitasking and time management skills.
