- Play a crucial role in our finance department with a specific focus on Accounts Payable (AP) processes and operations.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team and work closely with our Controller and Project Accountants.
- Enjoy a supportive work environment that values attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and the ability to handle substantial data.
- Opportunity to learn and adapt, with project accounting knowledge not required.
- Provide essential support in Accounts Payable functions, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Collaborate closely with the Controller and two Project Accountants to streamline financial processes.
- Perform general accounting duties at the Staff Accountant level.
- Generate reports using Excel, including the use of PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling and processing a significant volume of data.
- A willingness to learn and adapt, with prior knowledge of project accounting not required.
- 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience in handling large data sets with extreme attention to detail.
- Preferred, but not required: familiarity with Deltek – Ajera.
