- During this 12 months, the individual will go through a structured rotation of internal positions such as facilities, operations, logistics, etc.
- At the end of the 12 months they will move into a supervisor role.
- This role could be within their location or open to other facilities.
- Degree in Business/Logistics/Operations
- PLUS leadership experience as a student athete/Fraternities and sororities
- Strong mix of IQ & EQ
- Ability to work in an industrial environment
- Up to 10% travel the first year
