- Perform data entry using Care Logic and MetaSoft systems.
- Accurately post payments received from insurance companies.
- Collect patient balances and handle inquiries regarding billing and payments.
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the role.
- Previous experience in medical billing is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients, third-party payers, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with electronic systems (e.g., Care Logic, MetaSoft).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and billing records.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
