- Oversee the development, implementation, and management of quality and reliability testing
- Conduct audits on incoming components, in-process manufacturing, and finished goods
- Ensure proper equipment and calibration systems for audit equipment
- Handle discrepant materials and document corrective action plans
- Facilitate training for quality and floor personnel
- Generate reports on adherence to quality standards and deviations
- Ensure alignment with quality standards for offshore products
- Review and assist in resolving customer and field product complaints
- Assist in qualifying new component/material vendors
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Three to five years of experience in a related field
- Supervisory experience is a plus
