Your Impact In This Role

- Prepare and maintain employment records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
- Create and implement onboarding plans to educate newly hired employees on company culture, HR policies, procedures, laws, and accreditation standards.
- Address issues such as harassment allegations, grievances, and other employee concerns.
- Perform searches for qualified job candidates, review employment applications, conduct reference checks, and assist in hiring decisions.
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities, conduct internal investigations, and provide employee training on compliance-related topics.
- Assist management in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
What You Bring to The Table
Â
- Bachelor's degree, ideally with an MBA or PHR.
- Familiarity with OH State and Federal labor laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills in data processing, communication tools, and payroll/HR software.
- Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking.
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, and analytically driven.
- Ability to represent our organization positively within the community.
- At least 21 years of age, with a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a variety of background checks and criminal reports.
