- Schedule: Sunday-Friday 10:30PM - 7AM
- Collaborative team environment

- Ensuring that there are correct inventory transactions in the system and that warehouse materials are ordered in a timely manner.
- Conduct facility walk-throughs to ensure that preventative maintenance is occurring, procedures are being followed, and employees are completing their roles in a safe environment.
- Complete and conduct formal employee performance reviews while promoting positive performance improvements.
- Provide constructive feedback when necessary.
- Reward and recognize employee contributions.
- Lead and participate in team meetings.
Participation in special project groups to develop and implement solutions for improvement projects. - Train additional personnel in completing various tasks.
- Process customer orders, as needed.

- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16”
- Ability to make simple decimal-fraction conversations.
- Basic computer skills that include Outlook, Internet Browsers, and Excel.
- Ability to use/read micrometers, calipers, Virtek, and scales.
- Willingness to be a team player.
