- Perform data entry and statement research related to accounts payable
- Handle communications with vendors via phone and email to resolve any A/P-related inquiries
- Support the team with day-to-day A/P processes and ensure accurate coding of general ledger accounts
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of transactions, including using SAP or similar A/P software
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, ensuring that debits and credits are accurately recorded
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with SAP preferred; knowledge of other A/P software is a plus
- Strong data entry skills and familiarity with general accounting practices, including debits/credits, company codes, and general ledger accounts
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in-office, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
