Responsibilities include:
  • Handle accounts payable processes, managing about 50 invoices daily.
  • Navigate through low to medium complexity invoices, beyond basic data entry.
  • Work independently as the sole person responsible for completing AP tasks for the corporate team.
  • Utilize Excel for tasks like V lookups and upload payables into the ERP system with supporting documents.
What you need to succeed:
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including V lookups.
  • Demonstrate high integrity and confidentiality in handling financial matters.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, tactfully dealing with team members and managers.
  • Superior organizational and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethics, and personal integrity.
