- Consistent Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with weekends free.
- Great Experience: Strengthen your accounting skills and gain exposure to industry-leading tools like SAP.
- Process invoices and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with vendors via phone and email to resolve account issues.
- Research vendor statements to address discrepancies and maintain up-to-date records.
- Work with SAP (or similar accounting software) to ensure proper reconciliation.
- Support the team with data entry, statement reviews, and general accounts payable duties.
- Experience: At least 2 years in accounts payable, with a focus on data entry and vendor communication.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with SAP is preferred, but other accounting software experience works too.
- Attention to Detail: Confidence in handling reconciliations, general ledger accounts, and transactions.
- Team Spirit: A proactive attitude and strong communication skills to contribute to a positive work culture.
