- Learn and assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close over time.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of AP experience – familiarity with invoice processing and vendor communication.
- Reliable and proactive – comfortable jumping on calls with vendors when needed.
- Excel proficiency – ability to work with spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
- Experience in construction or contracting industries is a plus but not required.
