- Manage billing, mailing, and emailing of invoices to customers
- Run and send monthly statements to ensure timely payments
- Process customer credit card payments for open invoices and provide receipts
- Archive paid orders and completed payments to maintain accurate records
- Handle data entry for EDI and non-EDI customers, ensuring seamless order processing
- Keep customer records up to date, including credit card and email lists
- 1-2 years of recent AR experience, including invoicing and cash applications
- Strong data entry skills with proficiency in Excel
- Proven problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and empathy in handling customer interactions
- A proactive, “go-getter” attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- No degree required
