trak group is working with a growing commercial contractor to find a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage high-volume billing and compliance for regional business units. - Collect lien waivers from suppliers and support AR, AP, and operations teams with compliance requirements.
- 2+ years of AR experience – must be comfortable with complex, high-volume billing.
- Strong customer service skills – ability to work closely with project managers and clients.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven – ability to manage compliance documentation and improve payment turnaround.
