Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to provide optimal logistics solutions.
- Manage freight movements to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Oversee multiple accounts, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
- Troubleshoot shipping issues and proactively resolve customer concerns.
- Identify opportunities for growth and actively develop new business.
- Sales or customer service experience required; freight brokerage experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to meet and exceed goals.
- Self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
