Accounting & Finance Recruiter
Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a knack for sales and recruitment? trak group is seeking a motivated Accounting & Finance Recruiter to join our team. As a key player in our agency, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and matching top accounting and finance talent to various positions.
Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and interview candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire accounting and finance positions.
- Utilize various social media platforms to attract and engage top accounting talent.
- Create comprehensive candidate profiles to facilitate successful matches with client orders.
- Coordinate and attend recruiting events, both in-office and external, specifically targeting accounting & finance talent.
- Assist candidates in realizing their interview and career potential.
- Conduct cold calls to potential candidates.
- Craft and send recruiting emails to potential candidates.
- Develop talent pipelines to meet the accounting and finance needs of our clients.
- Network effectively to expand the division candidate pool.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
