Accounting Clerk - Deal Processor

- Review and process automotive deals
- Update and reconcile commission pay sheets
- Reconcile, submit, and pay F&I products
- Review and reconcile accounting schedules
- Work closely with Office Manager to assist in month-end duties and financial statement preparation
- Will post deals using templates by make, model, and features of vehicles
- Must understand concept of debits and credits
- Will start doing used car deal postings and later will be cross trained to bank reqirements and warranty processing support
- Exposure to Excel
- Detail Oriented
- General Knowledge of Accounting
- Debits and Credits
- 3 - Way Match
- Reconciliations
- Etc.
