- Engage in diverse responsibilities and gain experience in various aspects of accounting and finance.
- Process day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including verification of product receipts, PO matching, recording bills, invoicing, processing customer receipts, and collection calls.
- Handle payroll processing for a team of 30-40+ members.
- Reconcile intercompany billings and monitor monetary transactions.
- Assist with annual audit preparations and responses, investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and non-compliance issues.
- Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
- Perform new hire onboarding and support other office and accounting duties as required.
- 5+ years of similar experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Experience in the construction industry or familiarity with AIA Billing/WIP is a plus.
- Degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred.
- Strong financial analysis, communication (both written and verbal), and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.
