Cost Accountant II
Pay: $75,000–$80,000Â
Location: 100% On-site | Blue Ash, OH | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Develop and maintain standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead
- Conduct variance analyses and present actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Development and Pricing teams for accurate cost forecasting
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards, including for government contracts
- Participate in inventory counts, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities
- Identify and resolve cost discrepancies to improve accuracy and controls
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
- 2+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems; Atlas and SQL experience strongly preferred
- Understanding of standard costing and ability to work independently
- Stable work history and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel as needed to support company initiatives
