What You’ll Do:
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Serve as a key advisor on capital strategy, deal structuring, and business growth
- Own financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Lead M&A due diligence, integration, and post-close stabilization efforts
- Support accounting operations: GL, AR/AP, payroll, and reporting oversight
- Partner with operational leaders to optimize margins and working capital
- Directly handle financial projects until the team is built and scaled
- Design a multi-entity financial reporting structure with scalable controls
- Build and lead a finance team aligned with growth goals
- Oversee tax planning, audit preparation, banking, and compliance
What You Bring:
- 7–15 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Blend of large-company FP&A depth and mid-market operating grit
- Direct M&A experience—including diligence and integration
- Strong technical accounting and treasury capabilities
- Experience with multi-entity reporting, ideally in aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Passion for building from the ground up—and doing it right
