Schedule & Location: Cincinnati, OH | Onsite 4 days/week, Work-from-home 1 day/week | Full-time

What You’ll Do

Analyze inventory trends and cost variances across material, labor, and overhead

Maintain standard costs, perform cost rolls, and evaluate BOMs and routings

Manage cycle counts and monitor physical inventory accuracy across locations

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close activities
-
Support internal and external audits while ensuring SOX compliance
-
Develop and refine cost accounting procedures and reporting tools

Collaborate cross-functionally to improve inventory controls and data accuracy
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
-
5+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in cost accounting
-
Strong Excel skills (high intermediate to advanced level)

Experience in manufacturing environments

Ability to build and document accounting processes from scratch

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
