Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager
trak group is conducting a confidential search for a strategic and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager. This newly created role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis functions in a dynamic organization. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred)
- 10+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong FP&A background with proven experience in financial modeling and forecasting
- Deep understanding of cost structures and general ledger processes
- ERP system proficiency (SAP preferred); IFRS knowledge a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
