Responsibilities
- Oversee daily ledger reporting across all regions of the organization.
- Prepare, review, and post finance journals and ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects as requested.
- Manage postings for credit card transactions, miscellaneous journal entries, intercompany reports, and balance sheet account reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Provide business support for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, IT, and Treasury.
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain detailed, organized financial records for internal and external review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (experience with BPCS preferred).
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Public accounting experience is a plus.
