trak group is working with a well-established manufacturing company to find a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. This role offers stability, growth potential, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, family-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do
- Process invoices, verify accuracy, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end close.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and account status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
What You Bring
- Accounts payable experience with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for vendor interactions and internal coordination.
