Accounts Payable
Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 8-5
Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Sharonville, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team.
Position Overview
Support daily accounting operations with a focus on accounts payable, reconciliations, and billing activities
Handle high-volume financial transactions while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices, ensuring proper coding, pricing, and purchase order matching
Execute vendor payments (ACH, checks, wire transfers) in a timely manner
Perform credit card and bank reconciliations
Monitor vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and manage credits
Generate and distribute accurate, timely service invoices
Assist with monthly close and support audit documentation requests
Compliance & Accuracy
Ensure adherence to internal policies, approval workflows, and tax regulations
Maintain accurate financial records, vendor files, and documentation
Verify billing details, pricing, and supporting documentation for all transactions
Collaboration & Communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams
Communicate effectively to resolve issues and support financial operations
Work cross-functionally to improve processes and maintain workflow efficiency
Qualifications
Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
2+ years of accounting experience (AP, AR, or general accounting), ideally in manufacturing
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
