Responsibilities include:
- Process AP transactions accurately and efficiently for Sugar Creek Packing Co.
- Code and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile discrepancies in AP records and review invoices for use tax reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial data in Vendor Ledger and General Ledger.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
What you need to succeed:
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Experience handling high-volume AP, ideally in manufacturing.
- Ability to work with internal stakeholders and influence outcomes.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment where there's always work to be done.
- Preferably experienced with SAP, but not required.
