- Supervise the AP team of 4, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and more.
- Develop and implement goals, objectives, standards, and policies/procedures for the AP staff.
- Ensure timelines are met for efficient AP processes.
- Oversee the company vendor database, including set-up, maintenance, and periodic reviews.
- Develop AP policies, leveraging your leadership to streamline processes.
- Oversee month-end accruals.
- 5 years of AP/Supervisory experience.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in any ERP system.
- Exceptional customer service skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience using AI for AP invoices, with familiarity in programs like DocStar.
