What You’ll Do
Cash Application & Deduction Management
- Apply daily cash receipts across multiple regions
- Research and resolve short payments and customer deductions
- Enter and track claims through internal systems and ensure timely credit issuance
- Perform account offsets and write-offs
- Manage assigned customer portfolios and follow up on outstanding balances
- Investigate and collect on invalid deductions or skipped invoices
- Provide requested documentation such as PODs and invoice copies
- Create and maintain customer accounts
- Review and evaluate new credit applications
- Release credit holds and complete annual reviews of account files
- Monitor shared department inboxes
- Respond to credit inquiries
- Support daily and monthly reporting needs
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable and collections
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with credit review and deduction resolution processes
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
