- Work claim edits in billing program
- Works to get balances over 60 days to keep them below the monthly goal of 10% of AR
- Review chart notes to determine correct coding
- Answer patient calls to correct any account errors
- Assist with patient payment options
- Have an explanation of explanation of benefits (EOB)
