Acquisitions Analyst

Support commercial real estate acquisitions through analysis, underwriting, and due diligence.
trak group is hiring an Acquisitions Analyst to support a commercial real estate investment team focused on identifying, underwriting, and executing new acquisition opportunities. This role is ideal for someone early in their real estate career who brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and interest in full-cycle deal exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Underwrite prospective real estate acquisitions and support financial modeling
- Assist in developing business plans for potential investments
- Prepare materials and present deal analysis to executive leadership
- Support joint venture agreements and transaction structuring
- Assist with acquisition financing and refinancing efforts
- Support negotiations and communications with sellers and brokers
- Conduct market research, including lease and sales comps and vacancy analysis
- Coordinate with legal counsel throughout transaction and closing processes
- Support due diligence activities across active acquisitions
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and industry contacts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, analysis, or related roles
- Experience with underwriting, financial modeling, and market research
- Understanding of office, industrial, and retail assets;hospitality or multifamily a plus
- Strong attention to detail with solid written and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively
- Self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills
