Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level administrative support for the CEO, Executive Staff, and Board of Directors
- Handling administrative needs of executives and the board
- Arranging conference calls, meetings, and events
- Planning work-related travel details
- Composing and editing correspondence for executive staff and the board
- Recording meeting minutes during board meetings
What you need to succeed:
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to take detailed notes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain discretion
- Experience in providing administrative support at an executive level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
