- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience managing calendars and schedules for executives, ensuring timely follow-ups and prioritization of tasks
- Ability to take detailed meeting minutes and prepare professional PowerPoint presentations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant, ideally with executive support
- Flexibility to work occasional extended hours for board meetings and special events
- Experience in a non-profit or healthcare setting a plus
- Experience supporting a C-Suite Executive team a plus
