Administrative Assistant

Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 8am-5pm

Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Cincinnati, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team. 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to leadership and staff

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls and front desk communications

  • Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing mail

  • Assist with prioritizing daily workflow and meeting critical deadlines

  • Support tax season processes, including document assembly, scanning, and electronic filing coordination

  • Perform general office support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

  • Participate in team meetings and team-building activities

  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills to enhance organization and efficiency
