Responsibilities
- Maintain tenant, contractor, and property files, including leases, insurance certificates, and invoices.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, facilitating communication with tenants, contractors, and external partners.
- Assist residents with inquiries, complaints, and form completion, and resolve issues when possible.
- Monitor and coordinate accounting activities, manage vendor contracts, and ensure timely invoice processing.
- Promote and maintain positive tenant relationships, addressing service requests and lease violations.
- Assist in leasing apartments, conducting move-in inspections, and explaining lease terms to new tenants.
- Organize and maintain department records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate tenant events and communications while supporting logistics and planning.
- Perform property inspections and enforce lease compliance, referring unresolved issues to management.
- Compile monthly management reports and maintain statistical data for the property.
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Office software and database management.
