Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Application Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application management and support, with skills in system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications and providing technical support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Configure and customize applications to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate new applications and upgrades.
- Document processes, configurations, and user guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Application Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in application management and support.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
