Setting/Hours: Hybrid - Flexible Remote | 8-5

What You’ll Do
Job Title: Application Support Specialist
Location: West Chester, Ohio
Job Type: Permanent
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications used within the organization.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to application support processes.
- Train end-users on best practices for application usage and provide ongoing support.
- Manage application updates and patches to ensure software functionality and security.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in application support or a similar role.
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications and environments.
- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies.
