Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Erlanger, Kentucky that’s expanding its Shared Services team.
Job Title: Architectural Designer
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Erlanger, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans and concepts for various projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and adhere to building codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design concepts for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using CAD software.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant project information.
- Prepare presentations and design proposals for client review and approval.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies.
- Assist in project management and coordination from design through construction phases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in architectural design, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sustainable and green building design.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
