Job Title: Contract Assembler (Power)
Location: Springboro, Ohio
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Assembler specializing in power systems to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting power assemblies in accordance with engineering specifications and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components for power systems.
- Interpret and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize assembly processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical assembly or related field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
- Certification in electrical assembly or relevant technical training.
- Experience with assembly in a high-volume production environment.
