Job Title: Contract Assembler/Welder
Location: Springboro, Ohio
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Assembler/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling and welding components to meet specified standards and requirements. This position is crucial in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions.
- Perform welding operations using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Assemble components accurately according to specifications.
- Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a welder/assembler or similar role.
- Proficiency in welding techniques and the ability to read technical documents and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks.
